You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Luis,

I hope this letter finds you well. the reason for writing this letter is to suggest you a dish which is very famous in my country. The dish is popularly known as butter chicken, which was invented in New Delhi the capital of my country back in 1998. It was made in a very popular restaurant named The Singh.

This consists numerous of spices like red chilli, salt, turmeric powder, cloves etcetera.It is basically for people who loves their chicken to be creamy and spicy simultaneously. After when it's prepared it seems to be brown and red garnished with some freshly chopped coriander on it.

Every member of the club is proudly representing the famous dishes of their country and I would also really appreciate if I could be one of them. Not only this but I do think that if I will be having my own stall it will boom a lot as people in our area are majority non vegetarians.
