Dear Luis,

I am writing this letter to express my appreciation for initiative that your club has taken to celebrate the dishes from around the world in upcoming event. This is best way to enhance the knowledge and interact with the people of different nations.

In this regard, I would love to make one of the popular dishes to represent my country is Rice Pudding. Basically, it is a dessert Indian people usually made this dish on special occasions and to celebrate the festivals with the loved ones, which ultimately creates a strong bond between them. This dish includes only three ingredients like rice, milk and sugar and some people add dry fruits in it to enrich its flavors.

Therefore, I believe that this dessert should be included in this event, because it would allow other individuals to know about Indian culture as well as give an opportunity to develop new relations and friendship with the sweetness of the rice pudding.
