You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am Ridhi and I am member of International Student's club. I heard about this event from a friend of mine and as I am really fond of food, so I was wondering if you can provide me a chance to offer a cuisine from my country, India. The dish I want to present is Chole Bhatura which is a like curry made up of Chickpeas and Bhatura is tortilla made up of corn flour. I feel like this dish should be included in the event due to its popularity as well as the bomb of taste it gives.

It would be so appreciated of you can give me a chance to show my dish in this event. I believe people would love this dish due to its taste. For any further inquiry and requirement please feel free to contact me, I would be so happy to have this wonderful opportunity.
