You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am Kinjal, a member of an International Students' club.

I am writing to ask for an opportunity to present one of the the popular dishes from my country as a part of an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

The dish that I want to make is called "Butter Chicken", which is a delicious chicken gravy with full of aroma, served with Indian Flat bread called "Naan". Since it has sweet and savoury taste, people will surely enjoy the recipe.

The reason why it should be a part of the event is that, the dish represents authentic flavours of Indian spices, cooking technique and cultural. Moreover, visitors of the events are more likely to admire this dish as it matches their taste buds.

I hope you consider my request and give me an offer to introduce this dish to the world.
