You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing great. I am writing this letter to let you know that my name is Shraddha, and I am from India. I heard that you are searching for someone who can make popular Indian dishes for an event where you are celebrating diverse food from around the world.

In India, there are ample of popular dishes in India. I love cooking; therefore, I would like to make two popular dishes, including Kachori and Jalebi. Both are Indian street foods, and the recipes are very hard to make because jalebi is a sweet dish and Kachori is a sour and spicy dish. Moreover, I like to add these recipes because people can try our authentic Indian taste and feel like they are in India and enjoying food from the street.

I would really appreciate it if you consider my both dishes into event.
