You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am writing this letter to request that a popular dish from my country be added to the event.

The International Students Club is organizing an event on May 5th, and I am also a member of this club and i am living far from my country india so, i am offering a popular dish from my country to be added in the event by the event organiser. The name of the dish is Masala Dosa. This is the most liked dish in my country and since a large number of members are from india so, they will love that dish. The dish is mildly spicy and made with rice flour, making it healthy and suitable for all community members. This is the another reason you can include this dish in the event.

I hope you can give me a positive response to adding the popular food from my country to the event.
