You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Luis,

First of all, I would like to thank you for organising an event that would help students from various countries to connect through food. As I am from Pakistan, I would like to bring my country's cuisine to this event through "Biryani."

This dish is made from high quality basmati rice and consists of unique flavors. Any sort of meat like lamb, beef or chicken can be used to make biryani but I would like to bring chicken biryani since its more flavorful and I can manage to cook it in a sufficient amount.

I feel that this dish will bring the whole asian cuisine to the event because the ingredients used in biryani are mostly used in other dishes as well. Additionally, by including this dish, I will also be representing our fellow students from India and Bangladesh, since biryani is also common among these countries.
