You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am writing you a letter with regards to offer you a request for including a special wellknown food eatery from my nation in the upcoming event of your club, where popular food dishes will be enjoyed.

As a member of International Students' club, I would like to introduce a very popular dish of my nation known as 'Daal-bati churmaa' in the following food event. Generally, daal-bati is served in western region of my country specifically from the state 'Rajasthan'. This dish includes wheat flour balls and are paired with lentils along with a lot of ghee, garlic chutney and salad on the sides, while churmaa is a sweet dish prepared from the same wheat flour to balance the spice level of daal-bati.

I request you to allow me for including this dish in our upcoming event as it is a healthier recepie and will be enjoyed by all age groups.
