You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

Thank you for your initiative in organising the international food event to celebrate recipe from different part of the world. I am writing this to express my interest to participate in the event while contributing my country dish.

I am proud Indian and I am extremely delighted to prepare my countries renowned dish called Chicken Biriyani. This is highly recognised recipe among other Asian countries as well. To prepare this dish we need rice, chicken and some Indian spices which gives completely new texture and adds extra flavour to the dish.

Moreover, serving with curd would give lip smacking taste to the food.

As you know, majority of the attendees are from Asian countries, especially from India and Pakistan. Therefore, I am very certain that this will grab their interest and people will definitely like to experience the taste.

Kindly let me know if I can go with this contribution for the event.
