You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

My name is ateeksha, and i am in international student's club. I am writing this email to you regarding the event that is happening to celebrate the food from around the world.

I am excited to share the food from my country which is India. My dish is Vada Paav, which is a very famous street food in mumbai and the near regions. It is a dish in which There is a potato patty in the bun with some chutney's and masala's. it is served with coriander chutney and tamarind chuntey.

It will be an unique experience to include this in the event because people can get the extreme flavours and will not feel they are full after trying that so that they can enjoy other food as well. Also, people from India can actually relate and feel home with this food.

I really hope you consider this option. you can send me an email and if you want I can list down the Ingredients used if we want to label possible allergens.
