You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Luis,

I am writing this letter to offer you to make a popular dish of India in the upcoming event. It is very famous among all the states in India.

It is the vegetable samosa with filling of boiled smashed potatoes and peas. These are comes with triangular shape and in crispy texture. Usually these samosas are served with red sweet sauce and spicy mint sauce. They are deep fried but we can also serve them by lightly baking by keeping everyone's health concerns in mind.

I believe, this dish should be served in an event because it is used by as a snack for starting the event. By trying this dish people from other culture can get familier with this dish and they can enhance their knowledge about other culture. I will love to make this dish for the all of the people who are going to attend this event.

I hope you will give me permission to serve this delicious food to people.
