Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• explain why it should be included in the event

DEAR LUIS,

I HOPE YOU ARE DOING WELL. I AM WRITING TO OFFER MY HELP IN UPCOMING INTERNATIONAL FOOD EVENT. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO PREPARE A POPULAR INDIAN DISH CALLED BUTTER CHIKEN FOR THE OCCASION.

BUTTER CHICKEN IS A WELL KNOWN INDIAN DISH WHICH IS MADE OF COOKED CHICKEN IN BUTTER, CREAM AND WE CAN ADD SOME INDIAN SPICES INTO THE BUTTER CHICKEN, SO IT WILL BE RICH IN FLAVOURS. WE CAN SERVE IT WITH BUTTER NAAN WHICH IS A LIKE A WHEAT BREAD.

I THINK THAT THIS WOULD BE A GREAT ADDITION OF FOOD IN INTERNATIONAL FOOD EVENT AS

BUTTER CHICKEN IS FAMOUS IN SOME COUNTRIES. GREATLY FOR SOME PEOPLE IT WILL NEW CUISNE TO TRY AND PEOPLE WILL LOVE IT AND TO THEM WHO MISS INDIAN FOOD THEY CAN HAVE THERE FAVOURT ITEM IN THE EVENT.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW THAT IF YOU WILL ALLOW ME TO PREPARE THIS DISH AND TELL ME HOW MUCH SHOULD I BRING INTO THE EVENT.
