You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.
Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

- explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the event I want to organize for a club. My name is Parth Patel and I am a volunteer of the International Student's club. I want to organize the food fest behalf the club.
The event is scheduled at 6:00 PM on 21st August 2026. In this event, around 50 members of the club is invited to attend the function. And most of the members are vegeterians. So, I want to know more about the popular dishes from the menu. I would like to include some Non-veg dishes as well because some of the members of the club eat meat and chicken.
In this foodfest, I want to include a famous dishes like Samosa chat, Cheese Sandwich, Paneer subji & Roti etc because these all items are healthy for individuals. Most of club members have some health issues so it is major consideration to serve them a healthy food. All the expenses of event, I would like to discuss on the email or in-person.
