You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

My name is prabhjot Singh and i am member of your club . I heard that you organizing an event to celebrate globally famous food and I just want to request you to add one my favourite dish in that event to make more special for me and others.

It is very famous dish in India that is dahibhala, which is mainly make on some traditional festivals and events to celebrate that. Dahibhali is kind of dessert made with yogurt and semolina balls .l

I just want to interduce this dish to my forgeiner friends and other who will be invited in event so they can try another country’s Food and enjoy that famous dish as well as that is also chance to represent Indian food as a internationally with help of this occasion.

I hope you will consider my request and add this dish in the menu .
