You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to request you that I would like to offer a popular dish from my country in upcoming event which is known as Carrot Halwa. I have been a member of the international Student club since long time.

This dish is really famous because of its taste and significant benefits to health. It is made from cow milk and carrots. As we know that milk provides vitamin D and calcium to our body which makes bone stronger.

The dish should be included in event to make it more popular among foreign countries as I heard that some guests are coming from overseas. i would love to describe this dish to tourists. Also, my mother has special recipe to enhance its taste by adding some saffron into it. I hope you would not disappoint me.
