You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Luis,

I am writing this letter to express my interest to participate in the event that is going to celebrate next week.

I wish to make and serve the best Indian dish called Biriyani to the visitors. It is a famous authentic dish, origin from south India that is rich in flavor and taste.

The biriyani is made from more than ten fresh green vegetables and thirteen different spices, served with buttermilk or curd. It is rich in protein and healthy option for all ages people. Not only the Indians but Middle Eastern people also are fond of the biriyani. Usually, they make it in a different technique, where they add non-vegetarian ingredients.

Including pure vegetarian option can be a wise option to cover large numbers of customer. I assure you that this dish would be the best seller of the event.

I would appreciate if you allow me to take part to serve this food item to the event.
