This dish has a variant flavor and it does not contain to much of oil and spices, and the aroma is so beautiful that people can not ignore. This this is very good for health and it has good deficiency of protein.
This dish should be included because all kinds of student can have this platter in case if they do not like any other dish. So we have kept this option so students ca be comfortable and can have variable choice.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
You have addressed all three bullet points of the task: offering to make a dish, describing it, and explaining why it should be included. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the explanation of why the dish should be included is repetitive and lacks depth. The tone is also slightly inconsistent; you begin with 'Dear sir' instead of the requested 'Dear Luis', which is a minor failure to follow instructions. To improve, ensure your ideas are more fully extended and that you adhere strictly to the prompt's opening salutation.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter is organised into short paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your points. However, the use of cohesive devices is quite basic and sometimes mechanical. Phrases like 'Here i would like to tell you' and 'So we have kept this option' are somewhat repetitive and do not always flow naturally. The transition between sentences could be smoother to improve the overall progression of your argument. Using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'in addition') would help to connect your ideas more effectively.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
Your vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks variety and precision. You use simple descriptors like 'very famous', 'very good', and 'beautiful', which are quite generic. There are also some awkward collocations, such as 'variant flavor' (instead of 'varied flavors') and 'good deficiency of protein' (which is factually incorrect, as 'deficiency' implies a lack of something). To reach a higher band, focus on using more precise adjectives and nouns, and ensure you are using words in their correct context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
There are several grammatical errors throughout the text that occasionally impede the flow. Examples include 'which we are going to organizing' (should be 'organise'), 'its called a Arabic platter' (should be 'it is called an Arabic platter'), and 'does not contain to much of oil' (should be 'too much oil'). You rely mostly on simple sentence structures. To improve, try to incorporate more complex sentence forms, such as relative clauses or conditional sentences, and pay closer attention to subject-verb agreement and article usage.
