You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am very excited about celebrate food event. I want to prepare popular dish from my country called samosa.

This is extremely mouthwatering as it triangle shape and filled with potato, peas and aromatic spices which make it more delicious. They usually deep fried until it turned golden brown. Moreover, it is one of the mots snacks that liked by all ages of people, also cook at many celebrations.

I think samosa would be definitly included in this event as youngster can know about the Indian street snack. Furthermore, it can have without sauce and plate. It is quite convenient to serve in large event because they can prepare in advance, can eat easily. Moreover, its delicious crispy pastry and spice are likely to appeal different people from different countries.

I would like to prepare a large batch of samosas to everyone to try. Please let me know if need any further information.
