You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you something about the event which is going to celebrate in upcoming days. I am excited to enjoy different worldwide cuisines at 'Taste of food event. As, I came to know this event will be held at Rogers stadium on 27 August 2026.

I also want to participate as I have excellent culinary skill therefore I have decided to cook a famous dish which is named as 'Green Mustard Curry'. I am Indian and I live in Punjab state. This is a seasonal dish which is mostly cook in winter season.

In addition to it, number of ingredients are required to cook this recipe. It is made from leaves of mustard which is mostly grow in fields. This curry needs to boil for 1 hour, when it is cooked properly then corn flour is essential to be added in it.

There is one significant cause to present this item. Since this event will be organize in Brampton, Ontario. Majority of North Indian people live in this city. As a result, it will be effective idea to make this meal. Lastly, it is healthy food as it is counted as green vegetables.
