You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you that I am offering to make a famous dish of my nation.

The name of the dish is samosa, which is quite popular in India. However, it is easy to make; only a few ingredients are required for making this dish. It make with crispy pastry and filling with potatoes. In other words, this dish is famous in many countries, and people enjoy it with tea or coffee as well.

Furthermore, I want to include this dish in this event because I think this is the best way to describe my nation's food, like how it looks and tastes. In addition, most of the students are coming to this event, so that would be a great chance for them to taste samosa and enjoy the event more.

I hope you understand, and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
