You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Luis,

I would like to inform you that in the club event I am also a member of that event and I am thinking to add a popular dish from our country. Through this we can also make our country and people feel proud of that and make a different section of this.

The dish is rasmalai. It is kind of sweet dish. We can take this dish after the dinner or lunch as a desert. In this dish the ingredients are milk, condensed milk, kesar and dry fruits. It is very simple to make this.

I think that it should be in the event because I had seen other stalls list also and there are making sour, salty and spicy dishes. Looking all this sweet this also be included and I think that everyone can enjoy this and our community also give advise to other community peoples to enjoy this. So, looking all this you can definitely make a decision and give a chance to make our dish.
