You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am writing this letter to inform you about the program happening in our club to celebrate popular cuisines around the globe.

Besides making dishes of other culture, I am requesting you to make a famous cuisine from my country which is known as 'Kadai Paneer' in India.

Basically, Paneer is a cottage cheese made up of fresh milk, which is used with some Indian spices to enhace the flavour and Kadai is an Indian wok. Some mixture of onions, tomatoes and garlic is used to make this food even more tastier. This dish is easy to make and takes around roughly 30 minutes.

The addition of this cuisine is vital because mostly Asian people are joining this event. Besides from this, every other individual from any corner of the earth can genuinely enjoy this dish because of its flavorfull taste and beautiful aroma.

I request you to add my dish without any kind of hesitation and I am promising you, people will definitely appreciate your job.
