You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Luis,

I am writing this to you, the event coordinator regarding the upcoming event of International Students' club of our university called, "Global Food Village", where various kinds of global foods would be showcased. I wanted to request you to add a very famous and well-celebrated dish called Butter Chicken, from my home country India, which I did not find in the current event food participatory list.

This dish is a main course, its made up of a lot of spices, dairy products like yogurt, ghee(clarified butter), and is usually served with Indian breads like naan, roti etc. This dish has always been a crowd pleaser, all ages would enjoy such a wholesome meal and the spice levels can be adjusted accordingly while serving. I really hope you accept my offer and take it into consideration. Looking forward to eating scrumptious food on the event!
