You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well. As a member of the International students' club, I am writing to offer you about a famous dish of my country to be presented in the event which is organised by our club.

I have recently got the information about the event. I heard the event will be offering popular dishes from around the world. I would like to introduce a dish called Biriyani, a large population in my country enjoy this dish. It is very flavourful combination of savoury. This dish includes rice, vegetables and if you want to make it with meat, you can add them as well.

I would be very excited if you add my dish in the event because firstly its very easy to make, it will not take lots of time to prepare and also we have many students and faculty as well from my country therefore people will enjoy this dish. moreover it will be beneficial for our food event to be diverse and successful.
