You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Luis,

I recently got to know that our club is going to celebrate famous food across the world. I am very excited to attend this event.

As a club member i would like to request you to make a Chicken biryani to represent India. Chicken Biryani is quite popular in my country. Also it is available in every state of India.

Basically, it is not so hard to prepare. For this dish we only need cooked rice and roasted chicken. First have to make a gravy with tomato and onion with few spices. Later we can add rice and chicken in that gravy.

This item is not time consuming. Not only that but it also very pleasant in taste. You should add this dish for the event as I am the only one in this club, who is from India. Also, all the club member will try something new.

I am waiting for your response. If there is any confusion regarding a dish, I am ready to assist you at any time.
