You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well. As a part of the international student’s club, we are enjoying the different food there.

We are going to celebrate this event, and I will offer the dish called ‘fritters. This dish is popular in my country. The reason is that it made in every house during festivals, celebrations and events. My mother made this dish during last Indian festival, Diwali which we ate together it and it made so tasty. we ate this food for 4-5 days regularly with tea in the evening.

This dish is made with small amount of ingredients like onion, potato and with masalas. I think it should be included in the event because everyone can enjoy this food with any kind of drink. It feels people energetic. it is also tasty and enjoyable dish.
