Biryani main ingredient is rice after that we add some mixed ground spices to give a nice taste bud, and at last we add massive amount of meat. Furthermore, we cooked all this for an hour to make the taste delicious and aromatic.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
You have addressed all three bullet points of the prompt. You offered to make Biryani, described its ingredients and preparation, and explained why it should be included. The tone is appropriate for a letter to an event organiser. However, the development of your ideas is somewhat limited. For example, the explanation of why it should be included is a bit repetitive and could be more persuasive. To reach a higher band, ensure that your reasons are fully extended and clearly linked to the context of an international student event.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter is logically organised into clear paragraphs, each focusing on a specific part of the task. You use some cohesive devices such as 'Furthermore' and 'Therefore' to link your ideas. However, some transitions feel a bit mechanical or slightly unnatural, such as 'after that we add' or 'in foodies world'. The progression of ideas is generally clear, but the flow between sentences could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that referencing is more precise throughout the text.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
You have an adequate range of vocabulary to convey your message, such as 'aromatic', 'consideration', and 'participate'. However, there are several instances of awkward word choice and collocation errors, such as 'demanding' (likely meaning 'popular' or 'sought-after'), 'in foodies world', and 'in abroad'. These errors do not impede communication, but they do limit the precision of your writing. To improve, focus on learning common collocations and using more natural phrasing for describing food and cultural experiences.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the letter, including missing articles ('in foodies world', 'as a part of an event'), incorrect verb forms ('which being held', 'my country been recognize'), and prepositional errors ('in response of'). While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding your meaning, they are frequent enough to impact the overall fluency of the text. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and article usage will help improve your accuracy.
