You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Student answer (Band 6.0)

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well. I am writting this letter to requesting you to allow me to make a famous dish belongs to my country.

I want to make a famous dish belongs to my country for an International Student's club. I want to represent My lovely Country through it's famous Dish.

The famous dish of my country is chicken biryani which internationally called as chicken Rice. It have boiled rice and chicken qourma (curry) on top of it and have some fresh coriander and a slices of tomatoes. chicken biryani also served with some mint dip.

It should be included in event because foriegn people

loves to try out some new foods from different country.

On the other hand chicken biryani has different kind of taste involves some spicy, some salty and fresh taste because of mint dip also chicken biryani is the source of protein because of chicken in it. Gym lovers always loves biryani because of less amount of fat and more amount of protein intake.
