You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope this message find you well. I am writing this letter to request an update in you food menu for the Bollywood party i am organising on 24th august for my club .

I had a discussion with my team and everyone agreed to include Butter Chicken for the main-course.As the name describes itself, the dish includes boneless chicken mixed with creamy tomato sauce and authentic Indian spices serve with bread or rice. We are really satisfied with the variety of drinks offered by the hotel and personally , i am also looking forward to try different kind of sea food available for appetizer.

Most of the members in my club are from India and Butter chicken is a common favourite dish among all of the students. Moreover, alot of the other students are als oexcited to try the dish for the first time .Therefore, I would really appreciate if you include this dish in
