You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am writing this to make a dish suggestion for our event. Here i would like to offer the special dish from my country which is Vada-pav. This dish is so delicious and it is well-known in Indian cuisine.

Basically, Vada-pav is a combination of bread and potato patty. Moreover, it is served with sweet and spicy sauce which is known as chatney. Overall taste is balanced due to bread and spiciness of patty.

I would highly reccommond this dish because this dish plays a vital role in Indian tradition and industrial history. For instance, In early 90's many factory and industrial workers used to rely on this dish as their lunch because it was easily accessable and cheaper food option.

Nevertheless, Vada-pav is also famous in USA as well as Canada. I surely believe that, everyone will like this dish in our club event.

I would really appreciate if this food item will be added in our event.
