You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing concerning the recent food event in our college. If you have any empty stall left, I would love to present a traditional sweet dish from India.

our college's student community ia significantly diverse and we have food from different parts of the world. I have notice that most of the cuisines are spicy or tangy. Even though, we have so many Indian stalls but no one is offering sweet dish.

So, I would like to offer something that we can enjoy after trying all the spicy cuisines from event and I came up with the idea of 'Rasmalai'. It is a sweet dish from north india and prepared sugar, condense milk and whole wheat flour. We can also add some dry fruits to enhance the taste.
