Dear Luis,

I received an email newsletter notifying me that our club is organising an event to celebrate popular food dishes from different cities around the world. I am writing this letter to offer to include the most delicious and well-known dish named "Biryani", from India. This is a great opportunity for me to enjoy one of my favourite hobbies, cooking, so I am thrilled to make the dish for the event.

Firstly, I would like to describe the dish and its ingredients, which will make it easier to decide its eligibility for the event. Biryani is made with high-quality rice, a protein source like chicken or mutton, and plenty of spices such as cardamom, saffron, cloves, bay leaves, and red chillies. It also contains dairy products like curd, butter, and milk.

This dish not only provides all the nutrients but also satisfies the taste buds. Moreover, biryani is served across India, so it is popular enough to spread the taste in this multicultural food festival. I am very excited to participate and share the culture and food of India.
