You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well. I know you must be busy with our next upcoming event, celebration of food items from all around the globe, preparation. I would like to contribute to this, by preparing the most famous Indian dish, Masala dhosa, during this event.

I have been cooking by myself since my childhood and I am best in making this popular item. Masala dhosa is prepared by using variety of ingridients for example, potato stuffing, spices, green vegetables, olive oil and special powdered wheat. It looks similiar as wrap which we eat from subway but far more healthy and delicious.

I am suggesting you to include this item in our event menu because I want that everyone from different region try this. Also, we have a lot of students from India who would surely enjoy this dish as they have not many options available to eat in Canada.
