You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I was thrilled to hear that an International Student club is organizing an event to celebrate most popular dishes from around the world. I would like to introduce a very famous dish from my country, which is called rice with butter chicken. Nowadays, it is very popular in Canada too. It is made with authentic Indian spices and ingredients with lots of butter, cream and most obvious chicken. However, it is easy to make and very delicious to eat. I make sure people are going to love this dish.

Furthermore, you can consider it because people in our college and this area are mostly non vegetarian. So, this should be a great option for this event. Moreover, Indian food is very popular around the world and people have chance to enjoy the one of the best food from India.
