Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

Dear Luis,

I am writing to present a dish at the event being organised to celebrate the famous cuisines from around the world. When I read about the event in the club magazine, I was highly fascinated by the idea of celebrating foods. I would also like to participate in this event and make a popular dish from my country for my fellow club members.

I would like to make 'Hyderabadi Biryani', a well-known recipe from South India. It is made by cooking white rice, vegetables, sauces, chicken, and saffron cream slowly in a pot for two hours. Moreover, it is highly nutritious as it has balanced proportion of protein, carbohydrates, and fibre.

From my perspective, it should be included in the list because it is a convenient option for students looking for less time-consuming and inexpensive meals to cook during their hectic schedule and exam days. Let me know if you want to discuss further about it. Thanks.
