You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear luis,

I am writing to show appreciation for the initiative taken to celebrate international food which excited everyone in the club. As soon as I heard about this event I thought to contact you and tell you about a Indian cuisine which is most popular among the world.

The dish is vegetable curry and rice which is staple food of India. Not only India but this dish is everyone's favorite internationally because of its taste. Despite the taste, this dish has green vegetables cooked with homemade Indian spices giving it aromatic flavor, Although rice is cooked on medium flame giving it steam to cook while adding some cumin seeds to alleviate its taste.

This dish is served by a sweet called Halwa which is generally considered healthy to heal stomach or body pain. Also, it has a core values attached because it is usually cooked to celebrate good deeds and to welcome people which further makes this cuisine worth to be included in this event to let people know its richness and celebarte this dish
