You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Mr Luis,

I hope you are doing well! I am writing this letter to express my interest in an upcoming event to celebrate popular food from all over the world. As I am member of international student hub, I would like to contribute by preparing traditional dish of my nation and I am sure everyone will like it.

The name of that dish is saag, which is very popular in India during winter. Basically, I will use rapini, spinach, ginger and garlic in it which can be eat with chapatis. Moreover, it is not only going to be delicious but also nutritious and full of iron.

The main reason behind it to include in event is that I want everyone in here can taste traditional dish of Punjab. Additionally, I know everyone will demand for this dish again and again and then i would like to make it at home to sell it at my kitchen channel if I will get good response in that event.
