Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

Dear Luis,

I am writing to offer help for our upcoming event celebrating popular food from around the world. I would be delighted to prepare a well-loved dish from my country, India, that i believe will add a colour, flavour and cultural significance to our food festival.

The dish I would like to make is chole bhature. It consists of soft, deep fried bread known as bhature, served with onions, lemon wedges and pickle. The chickpeas are slow cooked with tomatoes, onions, ginger , garlic and a blend of aromatic spices such as cumin, cilantro and garam masala. The bhature are fulffy and slightly tangy, making the combination both filing and delicious.

I believe chole bhature should be included in the event for several reasons. First, it is one of the most popular and recognisable north indian dishes, making it an excellent representation of India's diverse food culture. Second, as a vegetarian dish , it can cater to a wide range of dietary preferences. Most importantly, its distinctive aroma and bold flavours are likely to attract students and encourage them to learn more about Indian tradition and everyday life.

I would be happy to prepare the dish fresh and provide a brief explanation of its cultural background. I can also assist with serving and cleaning up afterwards.
