You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am writing this letter to show my interest in participating in the upcoming food fest.

I would like to take your attention on a popular from my country India. My country has always been recognized for its flavours and spices all across the world. I am planning to book a stall for the Alloo Puri . It is basically a street food from north west side of India. Moreover, every age group can enjoy it as it will be mild because of gravy is mainly prepared from coconut milk which is stirred on low flame for 8 hours with addition of chickpea flour and the final result turns out to be broth or soup with lots of flavour in it.

I believe you should really consider it because of its cultural significance as it is served in many temples which will attract crowd. In addition to this this is dish is to be served hot and as food fest in at early morning of winter season people will enjoy it due to chill weather.
