You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am a member of international Student's club and my purpose of writing this letter is regarding the food event.

I would like you to consider a new dish for this event. It is called "Chole Bhature" a popular Indian dish. You might have heard about it and I have a perfect recipe for the dish.

The dish involves curry and a special fried bread called "Chole". The speciality of the bread is that it is stretchy and soft. Since it is fried and eaten with chickpeas tomato based curry, that adds a lot of flavour to the dish.

Anyone looking for something spicy and extraordinary, this dish has it all. Not only this dish will taste good but fulfill the appetite of students. Moreover they would get the opportunity to dive deeper into Indian culture through "Chole Bhature". I hope you would consider this offer seriously.
