You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am glad to inform you I am member of your club and you give me offer to make quite famous dish of my nation. When you choose me to recognize the dishes of my country then I feel happy.

Honestly, I am good in cooking and also have vast knowledge about various kinds of foods of my nation. Although, I know to prepare different dishes but I like to make yellow laddoo which are not only delicious but also known as a king of sweet. There are more colours of this sweet but I like to make yellow due to my favourite colour.

There are some causes why I choose it. First and foremost is that I am perfect to make it because I mostly prepare it at my home and always got positive complements from my friends and my family. Apart form this it is part of wedding occssion in my country as sweet maker make first this dish instead of others.

I hope you would like to this dish which is make from my hands and praise of my dish selection.
