You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well. Thank you for organizing the international food festival. It will provide an opportunity to taste the famous dishes from around the world.

My name is Pranusha, and I am one of the members of the international student club. I am writing to request that you add a food which is famous in my hometown. A dish popularly known as biryani, it's a tasty and balanced meal. It is a healthy dish similar to a chipotle rice bowl. In addition, the rice in biryani has more flavour than rice in chipotle bowl.

When it comes to the ingredients, it can be prepared in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions, so it can attract the majority of visitors. Additionally, it will provide an opportunity for south Indian business owners to enter the Canadian restaurant business.

I strongly believe that many people will enjoy the dish, and it could generate significant profits for the event. I sincerely hope you will consider my request. I would be happy to provide any further details about the dish if needed.
