You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Luis,

I am writing this letter to express my interest to participate in the event organised by our club to celebrate food from around the world.

I would like to present a dish from my country India. The dish I want to prepare is Chole Bhature. This is one of the most popular dish in North India and is loved by many Indians. This dish is originally from Punjab and is widely enjoyed by people as their comfort food. The recipe includes white chickpeas called chole cooked in various spices and served with two refined wheat floor fried bhaturas accompained by sliced onions and pickle.

This dish should be included in event because it has an addictive aroma and would definitely draw attention of the crowd. Visitors of the event would not be able to resist the taste and it would be a success.
