You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am writing this letter to you because, I heard the news that you are organizing an event to celebrate popular food from around the world. As a member of this an international students' club, I want to take an offer to make a famous dish from my country India.

The name of dish is "Sarson Da Saag". This dish mostly made by Punjabi peoples'. It grows in the fields and that's why it is pure organic and healthy. Definitely, this dish takes time to prepare due to leaf cutting and other steps, but i will make sure to ready it on time.

I would suggest you to include this dish because a lot of individuals are familiar with name but they did not try it because its not available everywhere. This dish will represent our culture as well as fertility of our land.

Please give me a chance to present this dish in the event.
