You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Luis,

I am writing this letter with an interest in offering an idea for the event our club is organizing to celebrate popular food from around the world.

I come from the famous South Asian country, India and would like to offer the famous dish from my hometown to be made for this competition.

The dish I'm offering is the world famous dish, popular for its unique taste and rich flavor: butter chicken. The dish is full of flavor not only due to the various spices used to make it but also because of the aroma and smoky flavor it contains.

Since there aren't many South Asian contenders, I believe this dish will be unique as well as easy to prepare for this event. Moreover, I have experience in making this dish, which I believe will be an asset.

I will be eager to discuss and listen to your thoughts for this proposal.
