You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well. I heard that club is going to organise an event to celebrate famous food from all around the globe. As a member of an international students' club I have some suggestions regarding the dish which is going to represent our country and why it is necessary to include this particular dish.

Poutine is quite popular in Canada from many years, and this dish can be made for the given event because I reckon everyone is going to enjoy this meal as it comes with loaded fries and contains a variety of sauces that enhances the flavor of the poutine. Moreover it is easy to eat for everyone especially for old age people who find difficult to chew the food because it is soft in texture. I hope I will get a chance to have this dish in an event.

I will be thankful to you for making the event more memorable.
