You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am writing to request to add south indian dish to the event that we are organizing next week at the International Students Club. I am the member of the club since last five years and would like to advise that people will enjoy eating south indian dish called masala dosa.

The masala dosa is a popular south indian dish which is made of rice and potato stuffing. It is served with coconut chutney and sambhar. It is very delicious and looks amazing.

The main reason to add this dish because I informed many of the visitors that we are inviting are vegetarian, and they want to try indian food as a beginner. So, masala dosa is one of the healthiest vegetarian indian dish and good to try for the first time.

I hope you accept my request to add this new item to the food menu for the upcoming event.
