Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing a latter to you regarding the upcoming international food event . I think it is a fantastic initiative to celebrate global culture, and I would love to contribute by preparing a traditional dish from my home country India.

Specifically, I would like to prepare Vegetable Biryani. It is an aromatic , slow - cooked rice dish layered with basmati rice , assorted seasonal vegetables, and rich blend of traditional spices like cardamom, saffron , and cloves . It is traditionally garnished with caramelized onion and fresh mint leaves , and it is usually served along side a refreshing yogurt-based dip called Raita.

I believe Vegetable Biryani would be a fantastic addition to the event . It is a naturally vegetarian dish on the global .
