You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Luis,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to provide you some suggestions regarding the food choices of our upcoming international program.

To begin with, this year students from different countries have decided to represent their own dish in our popular international food event. Likewise, I would also like to offer our most popular dish from Nepal which is called momo. It is immensely popular there due to its delicous taste and soothing aroma.

Momo is regarded as a national food of our country due to it's delicious and heart-warming taste. It is basically a dumpling which made with a thin flour wrap and consists meat and vegetable and at last served with a homemade spicy tomato sauce.

I believe this dish should be included on our menu because even the aroma of it can attract alot of customers. On top of that, the number of Nepali students are increasing day by day, so this could be a great gesture to welcome and respect them.
