You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis

I am writing to offer an advice on the upcoming event food selection list.

Let me explain firstly, the dish which is really popular in my country and it's called chole bhature. It is one of the known dish at my place. This dish is easy to make and does not contain any nuts or allergic substance except the gott glutton in it which I believe makes it safe for many people attending the event.

As for the ingredients, it basically involves chickpeas curry which has been boiled along with some species and the tomato gravy which gives it a little sour taste. However, it is not necessary to add all species in it. It also consist of a deep fried bread which is called bhature and I believe it is the star of dish as it is very easy to digest and involves few items such as gram flour, yogurt and baking soda. Certainly it is easy to make.

Event is getting organised in area where many people from home country reside so it will be nice to attract them by offering a cultural food. Additionally, it will be a great pleasure to seeing people enjoying different culture food which might create them to get known more about different countries.
